BILLING · PLAIN ANSWERS
How do I cancel a Pause subscription?
Cancel Pause Plus from your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Pause and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage subscription inside Pause, which opens the same Apple screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Why cancelling happens in Apple’s settings
Pause Plus is an App Store subscription, so Apple holds the billing relationship, not Pause. That is why there is no separate cancellation form and no email to send. It also means a cancelled subscription cannot be quietly re-enabled by the app.
Deleting the app or your account is not the same as cancelling
Deleting Pause from your phone does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your Pause account inside the app removes your account data but also does not stop Apple billing. If you want to stop paying, cancel in Subscriptions first, then delete whatever you like.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Pause cannot issue or refuse App Store refunds itself. If something went wrong with your subscription, email support@pauseforwork.com and we will help you find the right path.
Common questions
Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?
No. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the subscription simply does not renew.
I can’t find Pause in my Subscriptions list.
Subscriptions appear under the Apple Account that made the purchase. If you use more than one Apple Account, check each one. Restore Purchases inside Pause can also confirm which account holds the subscription.
Can I cancel from a computer?
Yes. Sign in to your Apple Account at appleid.apple.com or in the App Store app on a Mac, open Subscriptions and cancel there.
