1. About Pause

Pause and pauseforwork.com are operated by KCO Partners LLC. The website provides product information and general guidance about workplace stretching, movement and breathing breaks. You can read it without creating an account.

2. Website content and use

You may read, link to and use the guides for your own personal, noncommercial purposes. Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, artwork and branding belong to KCO Partners LLC or its licensors. Please ask before republishing or commercially distributing them. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access or misrepresent an affiliation with Pause. Links to our articles do not imply an endorsement or partnership.

3. General wellness information

Pause’s articles and movement guides are general wellness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation or treatment, and the routines have not been clinically validated. No specific health or productivity result is promised.

Choose movements suitable for you, use a comfortable range and stop if a movement causes pain, dizziness, tingling or numbness. Ask a qualified clinician for individual advice if you have an injury, persistent symptoms or a condition affecting movement.

4. The iPhone app

The Pause iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app license; this page does not replace it or Apple’s purchase terms. Availability and compatibility are described on the App Store listing when the app is released.

Pause offers one free completed break without an account. Continued access requires a Pause account and a Pause Plus subscription. The introductory break does not automatically start a subscription.

5. Subscriptions and billing

US pricing for Pause Plus is $4.99 per month or $12.99 every three months. Both plans provide the same access. The local price and billing period shown before purchase apply to your transaction. Apple processes payment through your Apple Account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your Pause account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Pause when restoring access.

6. Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains how Pause handles information. The website does not take subscription payments or provide account sign-in. Apple and other linked services have their own terms and privacy policies. A reference to an external source is provided for further reading and does not imply that the source endorses Pause.

7. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and access may be interrupted. We do not promise that every article will be suitable for every person or that the website will always be available or error-free. Contact us if you find an error.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Rights relating to the app license and purchases are also described in the applicable Apple agreements.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these website terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Changes to this page do not retroactively change a purchase you have already made or override rights provided by law.
